Thinking about outsourcing admin work
Okay so I finally hit my limit. Spent 3 hours yesterday just organizing files and rescheduling meetings that could've been emails. My accountant suggested delegating but I have no idea where to start. Has anyone here actually hired a remote admin assistant long-term? What was it like in the beginning?

I hit that same breaking point a while back after wasting half a day fixing my own scheduling mistakes and digging through messy folders. At first I had no clue how to even start delegating, felt weird handing things off. I ended up browsing outsource customer support just to get an idea of how it works. The first couple weeks were a bit clunky, lots of explaining and adjusting, but once they got my workflow, it honestly felt like a weight lifted. Not instant perfection, but definitely a turning point.
