My Unexpected Obsession with Sudoku
How It All Started
It began one random afternoon when I was stuck at an airport with nothing to do but flip through a crumpled in-flight magazine. Between ads for perfume and travel deals, there was a small 9x9 grid with a few numbers printed in it — a Sudoku puzzle. I had seen those grids before, but I’d always ignored them, assuming they were for people who enjoyed math. And since I’ve never been particularly good with numbers, I thought it wasn’t for me.
