Insurance changed and now I'm stuck
Lost my old psychiatrist when my coverage switched and now I'm three weeks without meds refilled. Corona has so many options online but I can't tell who's legit. My hands are shaking just typing this out. Recommendations for someone who understands anxiety disorders would mean the world right now.

That sounds incredibly stressful. A close friend lost access to their regular psychiatrist after an insurance change too, and the hardest part was finding someone trustworthy without starting from scratch. They eventually got connected with tms therapy side effects and what to expect and had a positive experience with how quickly the staff responded and explained the next steps.
